AirAsia working on adding flights from Singapore for GE14, says Fernandes

AirAsia Bhd group chief executive Tan Sri Tony Fernandes said the low cost carrier was trying to add flights from Singapore back to Malaysia but had yet to obtain approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).


In a tweet yesterday, Fernandes said:” On Singapore flights we have tried to add but have yet to get approval from CAAS. Will keep trying.”


He added: “Please thank my operations team and revenue team and communications team for all their hard work. We heard you and have done our best.”
